ABC Company encourages open communication between supervisors and Employees. If any dispute arises in the workplace where there is no resolution via the Company’s grievance procedure, the parties will participate in Mediation to resolve differences before contemplating any adversarial or legal action. Participating in mediation does not preclude legal recourses. However, the goal is to resolve employee relations issues to best end for both the employee and ABC Company.
